Contributions in an accepted minisimposium

After the summer, instructions on how to modify or withdraw accepted proposals will be published

After the notification of acceptance of the minisimposium, every speaker in an accepted minisimposium must submit a one-hundred-words abstract using the appropriate online submission form.

 (*) After logging in the application, you have to choose on the left menu "Contributed papers", click on the dark green bar at the top labelled as "New" and choose your Mini-symposium in the dropdown menu. This will auto-complete the fields Name, Surname, Organization, Email, Title. Finally, you write your Summary (max 100 words) and click Insert to finish.

All lectures involve a 20-minute oral presentation with an additional 5 minutes for discussion.

 

Important dates

  • Submission of the abstract: since acceptance of the minisimposium until Febrero 28, 2021

 

Individual contributions

After the summer, instructions on how to modify or withdraw accepted proposals will be published.

Contributed presentations in lecture format are invited in all areas consistent with the conference themes. 

The author that intends to present a contribution must submit a title and a one-hundred-words abstract using the appropriate online submission form. Accepted lectures will be grouped into 100-minute sessions, based on the subjects of the lectures.

The Scientific Committee will referee all proposals

(*) After logging in the application, you have to chose on the left menu "Contributed papers", click on the dark green bar at the top labelled as "New" and choose the minisimposium "Individual Contribution" in the dropdown menu. Finally, please fill in the empty fields  and click Insert to finish.

For individual contributions, please choose the minisimposium "Individual Contribution" in the online form.

Important dates

  • Submission of proposals: November 3, 2020 until February 14, 2021
  • Notification of acceptance decision: February 2021
